XOMA has a fully integrated infrastructure for bringing product candidates seamlessly through preclinical and clinical development. XOMA's cGMP pilot plant includes two trains of 130L and 500L bioreactors and associated purification suites. For larger scale cGMP manufacturing, XOMA has 3 trains of 2750L bioreactors and associated purification suites. Our staff conducts stability studies and manufacture of preclinical or clinical batches under well-documented and well-controlled conditions and our analytical team functions in accordance with cGMP regulations to comprehensively characterize your recombinant proteins.
